SASE (Self Addressed & Stamped Envelope) to: Harvest Time P.O. Box 810 Brentwood, CA 94513 Two maps can fit in a #10 envelope. However, if you need two, simply write the number "2" below the seal section on the back of your SASE envelope and add another 34 cents postage to your SASE (78 cents total). Please do not include any notes or letters, just the envelope, please. Lack of extra postage will result in your not receiving either brochure.. We will mail the newest map approximately May 1 each year; we will not mail the previous year map after January 1, because most all our members are closed at that time. Any request for a map after that time will be held until the new maps are available. If you want an old map after January, please indicate that in your request. Because this is a dynamic organization, there are lots of changes year-to-year and the old map may not reflect who will have what and when in the new season. |
